Bought these to hold a long piece of wood for my DIY monitor stand, they do the job perfectly. I replaced the included screws with shorter #8 1/2" screws for my tree and they also fit the holes in the legs. Purchased to lift an Ikea Linnmon worktop out of drawers. 4 inches was a great height, it honestly felt like a new table. Inexpensive and easy to install. The only minor issues I noticed were that the plastic height adjuster wasn't actually sealed or glued to the tube. When I adjusted some of the legs they actually came apart. I needed a monitor stand for my desk and didn't want to spend too much money. I was having trouble finding what I wanted so I decided to build one out of a piece of wood and these legs. They were easy to assemble and durable. I love how you can screw the base on and off to adjust the height if needed.
