🔩 Threaded Slotted Fillister Machine Screw with Stainless Steel Construction Review

What can I say. These are 5-40 stainless steel pan head screws that were shortened and used to replace the Altamont supplied carbon steel screws to replace the S&W wood grips. They fit well. The heads are well polished to match the lustrous finishes of the revolvers.

Good replacement for the one way stop screw. It needed to be trimmed down a bit to the right length for my application, but I knew that when I placed the order. This is exactly what I expected and worked exactly as expected. It is what it is - nothing more and nothing less. This is how a machine screw should be.
