Quality nuts for nuts

That's good. I used them as a water bottle holder on my bike. The only thing I have to complain about is that their fronts deformed during installation. Don't slow down their functionality, that's it. Now I have 48 rivets that I don't need.

Pros
  • Certified by GOLS
Cons
  • Appearance

Poor quality, diameters vary by 0.08 inch

These rivets need to be tapped as they do not expand evenly. They also differed in diameter by 0.08 inches and can be one of the issues causing them to widen from the center. and they could not produce a typical shoulder when used on part of an angle. Avoid them, they will only hurt you!.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Nothing

Makes the perfect aftermarket bike hubs

I use these and M5 rivet nuts as the aftermarket hubs for my bikes. They don't weld to the various materials of my bikes, they hold up admirably in the harshest weather conditions, they can withstand well in excess of their rated weight and with aluminum brazing rails (it doesn't melt but it sticks) or in a carbon fiber epoxy body, you can do a lot more durable and waterproof than simple riveting.

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Has imperfections

Great product, best fasteners supplier

They appear to be of very good quality and work with no problems. I have purchased M6 threaded rivets along with M4 threaded rivets from the same manufacturer and they are excellent value for money. The weight of these threaded rivets is very impressive and you can tell they are made from the right metal that will not crack or break on first use. I ABSOLUTELY recommend these Inserts and WILL buy more when I run out.

Pros
  • High marks for grip and durability from testers
Cons
  • Has problems

Buy a rip nut first!

Everything looks great, delivery is fast, no problems. However, at least for the M5 version, do NOT think you can install it with a screw and the trick learned on YouTube instead of using the right tool. You definitely need the right tool to tighten the nuts. I ripped off the hex head and then loosened two M5 bolts while trying to thread one of these into the bike frame to attach a water bottle and the nut didn't even begin to break. I greased the threads but couldn't get enough torque on the…

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly
