Excellent Stanley Scissors

Overall I like Stanley's tools. I repair a lot of things so I bought all my gear from them. These scissors are 8 inches long. Bought for my office. Ergonomic, comfortable to hold, sharp. Oh yes it definitely cuts so please keep it out of reach if you have children. It's made of titanium because it's a lightweight material that's very durable and will last a while. In addition, some materials such as B. Adhesive, which makes it easier to cut through the adhesive (e.g. when opening an Amazon…

Complete Stuff - Craft Supplies

Received these scissors this afternoon. I opened the package, took out the scissors and tried to open another package with them. Imagine my disappointment when they couldn't even cut open a plastic bag! I took a pair of scissors I bought at the dollar store to make sure the bag was actually thin plastic and not a special Kevlar compound and they cut through the bag with no problem. I cut a sheet of paper with it, but when I tried it with two sheets of standard carbon paper, well, no luck with…

High quality scissors

I am very satisfied with these scissors. I use it to cut paper and open bags by running the blade over the box along the packing tape. The blade and the precision of its clamping ensure a very smooth paper cut. You may think that all scissors cut the same grade of paper, but in my experience not all scissors are created equal. Poor quality scissors don't cut cleanly and tend to make small tears or make it difficult to get a straight cut. presentations at work. So I really need the edges of the…

The plastic pin is broken.

Looks like good scissors, but certainly not for long. I was looking for a pair of scissors that were a little heavier than normal craft scissors. These scissors appear to be of good quality and appear to be heavier than regular scissors and are comfortable to hold and use but were not particularly sharp to begin with. The word "piranha" in her name must refer to another characteristic of this fish and for $10 I wasn't really expecting "premium" but I was really surprised when after 6 months of…
