    Good enough for screwdrivers and wrenches

    For a set of Stanley screws at this price I'm happy with what I got. However, my last Stanley set was amazing! As with any brand, you get all levels of quality depending on what you pay for, and in this case it's no different. I've used a Philips head and flat head screw to assemble a few things at home, but if given the chance to use a slightly smaller flat head screw I think this would be an excellent buy.     The price has increased a lot over the years

    We have had them for 5 years now. My husband just broke (abused) one so out of curiosity I checked how much we paid for it. In 2015 we paid $2 for a set as an add-on. According to price history, they have steadily increased since then and are now selling for $8 for the same product. I would definitely buy them again for $2 but not at a 400% increase. Just go to a bigger store and buy it there. However, if you can get it for $4 or less, I think it's good value for money.

    I needed a couple of drivers for around the house and didn't want to bring home any of the ones I have at work so I settled on this very affordable Stanley set.     The price is right. It's not the product. At home, you need smaller tips 80% of the time. Their grip is quite round and it takes a lot of extra muscle power to grab it. The Olympia Tools Gold Series 22-613 4-piece screwdriver set offers both sizes and triangular handles for increased torque.
