I bought this for my desk in my home office. I put a transparent mat on top. I had to protect the floors from an office chair. It was better than I expected.

I've used these tarps for years as a weed cover before adding mulch. They last up to 5 years, sometimes longer, before starting to deteriorate. That's a lot longer than the weed covers you can buy at hardware stores.

The product is inexpensive, therefore at a price. It's fine for my needs (to keep rain out of a small hole that a light wind gets in, and doesn't scratch anything sharp or abrasive [it hangs vertically]) and that's why I gave it 5 stars. However, it's very flimsy and wouldn't recommend it unless you need something that's even a little bit strong or durable.

With a new puppy in training I was looking for something to wear on parquet and Persian carpet. This tarp saved the day! I bought two 8x10's and used brown tape (also purchased through Revain) to lay the floors down. Since they are waterproof, an accident is easy to repair. I cannot be happier with this purchase. Puppies also love to walk on it.

To be honest if you bought this it probably works. It's a tarp. The only negative you could add is that you didn't get a tarp. Protects your belongings from dirt and also works great as a rain cover. I ended up using mine to catch a falling cactus in my yard. The only reason I threw it away was because I didn't want to take out all the cactus thorns that pierced it. After all this, there were no more cracks or holes than a cactus thorn. 100% worth your money.
