If you want it to fit like the model in the photo, it doesn't have to have hips like hers. A little tight on the hips if you order your size. I usually wear a size 6-8 and usually order medium. It fits everywhere except the hips. I keep it anyway, it's a good jacket and I need it like TOMORROW. I just increase it a little.

Not sure if everyone says it's too tight. I feel like it's very loose. Sits well, looks good. I gave it a 4 because it might be heavier than I wanted it to be, but even then it's not heavy. I bought a 5'1 140 tall but I like that it's a bit tall

I ordered the small, I'm 5'3" and 105 pounds and it fits perfectly, not too small and not too baggy. Haven't been out in the rain to find out how weatherproof it is, but it's a nice lightweight jacket for autumn or spring days!Nice material, drawstring around the hood and cuffs for extra wind and weather protection.
