Great for teaching swim lessons

Fits tightly, which is good. Keeps one warm while teaching swim lessons. Tends to fade quickly and lasts about 5-6 months. I wear it for about 15 hours a week in a UV filtered and chlorine pool. This is my 3rd one purchased.

Pros
  • Provides superior breathability, so you don't have to worry about overheating
Cons
  • May not fit comfortably over certain body shapes, leading to awkward movement or chafing

Exactly what I was looking for and for a great price! I was always getting cold when I took my kids to the pool, outdoors and indoors. Between being in water too shallow for me to actually swim in with my toddlers, taking kids to the bathroom, waiting in lines for slides/swings, and kids constantly needing something out of the water.I was always shivering! It occurred to me to try wearing a wetsuit top, so I scoured all the local sports/suba/dive shops and came up empty handed. They were all…

Pros
  • Provides a great range of motion, so you can move freely and comfortably through the water
Cons
  • May take longer to put on and take off than other wetsuit options

it did a good job of keeping me warm in the cooler water .

I ordered the jacket one size larger than I would normally wear because of other reviews. Before getting in the water it fits well, but as soon as you're in the water, it loosens up as you're exercising.so you're constantly pulling it back down. Otherwise, it did a good job of keeping me warm in the cooler water temperature in the pool. I would recommend it for those that have a hard time getting warm in the water.

Pros
  • Allows for maximum flexibility, so you can move freely in the water
Cons
  • May become heavy and cumbersome when immersed in water

Appears to Be Well-Made

This appears to be very well made. The only reason that I didn't give it 5 stars was that it seemed smaller than I expected (except the sleeves were longer than expected), so I didn't get to test it in water. I'm returning it and getting a larger size. I'm excited to try it out when I receive it.

Pros
  • Can help to improve your overall performance in water-based sports
Cons
  • Wetsuit may get damaged or worn out by contact with rough surfaces

perfect fit: my feedback

I was very nervous about ordering a wetsuit on-line. Most of the reviews suggest to buy a couple of sizes bigger then normal. I bought the size that my measurements suggested according to the chart. This jacket fit perfectly. I use it to swim lengths on cool days in an outdoor pool. It is a nice tight fit and the zipper makes it very easy to get in and out of. Exactly what the doctor ordered.

Pros
  • Reduces drag, making it easier to move through the water with speed and efficiency
Cons
  • May not provide enough compression for muscle support during physical activity

She began to swim Masters in Florida and now lives in Northern California where it can get cold outside, where most pools are. We invested in one of these swim jackets and then got a second. She loves them. They are warm and snug. She will not leave home without it when headed to the pool.and she continues to be an active swimmer in her 7th decade. She is as fit an beautiful as she was when I first met her.

Pros
  • Great product. I wanted a separate top from bottom so
Cons
  • May not be ideal for prolonged exposure to extreme weather conditions

Beautiful, flattering, practical swim wear

Beautiful, flattering garment, mind you, it's glove tight. I'm an extra small or size 2-4 and I got it in an 8, as I always get my swim wear. It was the right choice. It does keep one warm, pretty much right away. I had to take it off after one or two laps, it was so effective. But that was in a heated pool, I just like it warm. So, good garment!

Pros
  • Sports
Cons
  • May not be suitable for use in colder water temperatures

Great for swimming on my review.

I bought this for my recent trip to the Bahamas, and it worked perfectly. I didn't want a full wetsuit, and this jacket kept me warm in the water. The temp was about 81. I run cold which is why I wanted a thicker top. The only gripe I had was that it was a little uncomfortable in my armpits. The sleeves were also pretty tight and I actually had indents from the stitching after wearing it for several hours. But I will use it again and would definitely recommend.

Pros
  • Provides a secure and snug fit, so you don't have to worry about it slipping or sliding while you're in the water
Cons
  • May not be ideal for divers or those requiring deeper submersion

New size chart is great

This is the second time I have bought this jacket. It lasted me two years of very regular swimming. I was very pleased with the new size chart it made selecting the right size very easy. I wear it to keep me warm when I am swimming laps in my pool. It is a beautiful jacket and I love the comfort👵🏻

Pros
  • Sports & Outdoors
Cons
  • May not be suitable for layering with other wetsuit gear

Great for snorkeling

I bought the extra small and it was too tight. I'm 5' 2", 110 pounds, but my shoulders a broad. But I easily returned it and got the small. Used it to snorkel off cool waters on the baja in Mexico, and it was wonderful. You'll feel warm right after you enter the water, and stay warm for quite a while. Does the job.

Pros
  • Provides a sleek, slim-fit design that's both stylish and practical
Cons
  • May not fit all body types comfortably

Keep me warm in my review

This really helps me stay in the water longer. I had an open sea snorkeling in Hawaii in April. It is overcast to partially sunny. The temperature is cool. I definitely was happy I had this on so I could stay in the water longer. I am 158 cm, slim, usually dress size 4-6 or petite, XS-S. I ordered size 4 & 6. Size 6 is more comfortable and 4 is tight to my skin but not too far from feeling comfortable. I decided to keep 4 and return 6. Tighter jacket does better keeping the water from entering.

Pros
  • Diving Suits
Cons
  • Potential for wetsuit to shrink and become too small over time
