Just the right size and fits everything in for emergency care. This is perfect for backpacking. We can just clip it on the outside of our packs and it adds little weight and takes up little space!

This first aid kit is 5 star for sure. We travel regularly to tropical areas. This waterproof first aid kit is perfect. Everything I need is in there. I carry a backpack everywhere. Inside the backpack I have a smaller waterproof bag. Essentials like electronics go in this bag along with a non waterproof first aid kit. Now I do not have to put my first aid kit in the water proof bag leaving more room for electronics. I will be ordering more for boating, bicycling, and swimming.

The main selling point for this compact first aid kit is the "waterproof” plastic container it comes in. With the lid latched, it filled with water in less than a minute submerged in 2 inches of water. When you read their conditional small print you find it says it is not intended to be submerged!…you simply can’t call it waterproof under those conditions. Don’t waste your money. Buy a legitimate waterproof box and put your own kit together instead.

I bought this mainly for the waterproof case, and while I haven't submerged it, it does seem water tight. The case is durable and is efficiently packed with useful items. I would buy it again. My biggest complaint is that I only got 1 burn care tube and one antibiotic ointment tube when the contents list 2 of each. Why does this matter to me? Tiny, lightweight tubes like these are hard to find in stores while bandages, safety pins etc. are quite easy to buy anywhere.

The one I received didn’t come with everything it claim to be included. The case is durable but it is too heavy for the amount of things it can hold. The rope is not durable at all.
