This float is great for my 2 year old daughter. She wears it on the boat, in the lake, in the pool, on the beach and in the sea without complaint. If she's playing in the sand we suggest she take it off, but she prefers not to take it off so she can go straight back into the water. I think that proves it's comfortable. I wanted to buy a life preserver for my 2 year old to use on a trip to Hawaii. The hotel we stayed at had great pools but she is small and cannot swim by herself.
