Works best in bed and tailgate accessories

It's quite well made and works great. I decided not to twist mine so I can take them off when I'm done. So I can use it from all sides.

May not fit exactly

I like the design but it is about 1/2 inch shorter in width to fit snugly in the rack hole as required for hole measurements given by Ford trucks should have been more accurate. I'll make sure it works and most likely get another one

Seems like this is the best way to install in f150 more reliably.

Drilled a hole and screwed. Didn't want to overtighten. It seems that over time it can move and get lost. The time will show. It's easier to get into bed. Probably, in the future, Amp will also sit down. I'm getting older and it's getting harder to get into bed so I'm hoping it lasts

I bought a Beech Lane pickup truck tailgate ladder for the back of my Ford F-150 and I got it too! I'm a 61 year old woman who isn't as bubbly as I used to be! After a slight modification of the installation, it is safe and reliable to use!

Wanted to install this on my 2001 Ford F150 in the driver's side rear pin hole. Found the handle is too long so it rises too far above the hole. After cutting off 1/4" from the bottom and rounding the bottom corners with a file, I found that there was a little looseness in the hole. Since Step-N-Secure doesn't ship gaskets with the Ford model, I did the gasket made from leftover baseboard stock over 3/8" thick.
