Silicone O-Ring, service temperature is -90 F to 500 F (-68 C to 260 C). Sterling Seal & Supply Silicone O-Ring, has excellent heat and compression resistance, excellent flexibility, and good electrical insulator. Silicone O-Ring, has good resistance to fungal and biological attack. At high temperatures, Silicone O-Rings are superior to most other elastic materials. Silicone has limitations, Aromatic Hydrocarbons (benzene, toluene), aromatic mineral oil, acids and alkalis, superheated water or steam over 250 F.

Durable Seal for Heavy-Duty Machinery

This seal has proven to withstand tough industrial conditions, making it a reliable choice for heavy-duty machinery. It provides excellent resistance against liquids and gasses preventing any leaks. However, due to its strength, it may be harder to install than other seals in the market .Overall, a great product for those in the Industrial and Scientific field looking for a long-lasting solution to seal heavy machinery..

Great for sealing.

So I have a 2002 Ford f150 King Ranch 5.4L. And these trucks are notorious for having air conditioning/climate control vacuum problems. I bought these hoping they would solve my problem with the vents switching to defrost and they actually worked! Their "O-rings" had no problem even with the 114 degree weather here in Cali so I'm very happy with the purchase. 10/10 recommend.
