I chose this special 8 pack for a project I was doing with my kids. We made leather magazines. It came with 8 colors, all earth tones and a tube of both sharp and blunt needles. It's definitely a good deal for all you get. The threads are strong and glide smoothly without snagging. Needles pierced hard leather bindings and paper. I would recommend thread and needles for any project that requires strong, smooth, waxed thread. The pin collection bonus was great too!
