The reason I gave this straightener 3 stars is because it works just as well as a regular one. conventional rectifier. I used both steam settings and worked on the same section for about 10 minutes and everything was fine. I used my normal hair straightener and it actually worked better 🙄. I have a lot of hair, but it's thin and wavy. Not super curly. I have attached photos and will be returning this item.

Very good results. After reading the instructions, it was easy to understand. I had a small hot water leak. Contacted the company, all good. Bought another one and it works great. You can adjust the temperature to suit your hair. This is very important for me as I have thin hair. The results are very good.

I'm a girl with natural hair and it suits me and my daughter's hair perfectly. In fact, they finished off our heads very quickly. Yes, they get hot and leave a slight shine on the hair, I also use a heat protectant spray in combination.

I already have fairly straight hair but sometimes it gets frizzy or wavy so this steamer is great for that problem. It is very easy to use and reliable. Aside from straightening my hair I feel like it gives it more shine! Also the rose gold color is very pretty.

I gave myself a few months ago along with a steam straightener that was twice as expensive. It does the job better than anything I have. This is now my new favourite.

product arrived on time. Unfortunately, however, it did not meet my expectations. I actually bought this set for the encore/gifts but I didn't receive the clips. The flat iron loosened my curls, making them soft and bouncy, but I had to do multiple passes (this didn't last long). And I don't know what I was thinking, but my hair definitely still smelled like fire. Thank goodness my curls have recovered. I can't return them, but someone I know might use them.

It was a great purchase. Please read the supplier's instructions on the Amazon site. They are VERY accurate. They will prevent problems with water leakage etc. I had trouble unlocking the iron but had no problems after that. The water tank stayed full while I "squeezed" all of my daughter's hair. There wasn't much of a difference between using steam or a heated platen. It's good value to have options. (Excellent packaging with combs, glove and clips).

Very well put together for my wife. It will do the job BUT you still need to put a little bit of conditioner on your hair to keep it going for a few days. Everything you need and lots of accessories. I took it to Liberia in West Africa and the voltage is 220v and dual voltage which is a big plus. No questions. (Written on the box). All I can say is read the instructions and don't pour anything other than JUST WATER into the steam iron.

I want to clarify that I never knew how to fix my hair and keep it straight longer than it takes to get out of the bathroom. This is the best iron I've ever used. I've bought several different irons and these give better results than the ones I've bought for $100+. Heat stable. I haven't had any problems with water leakage. It took a few refills as my hair is very thick. My hair is smooth and shiny AND IT GOES ON! I am so happy with this purchase.
