Excellent paper for postcards

I mainly use it for nice postcards. From time to time I color them with Inktense pens, dab them with a damp paper towel and smudge the colors a bit. This is a GREAT paper for that.

Pros
  • Looking forward to it
Cons
  • Poor set

Would buy again. at painting, painting & art supplies

I like this size as I always draw on rectangular paper. The size is perfect and the shape is right. It makes you think differently about your work, at least I do. It's fun to play with different canvases. When my stock runs out, I will order more.

Excellent quality. on goods for drawing, painting and creativity

Excellent paper quality. We like it and the child enjoys working with it. We only post it on special occasions as toddlers can get through it quickly, but sometimes it's nice to have your drawings on paper to keep. It takes color well and the effects are exactly what you would expect from a watercolor. Definitely recommend.

Pros
  • Finally bought
Cons

good item; Misleading Photo/Description

I have a notebook made from this paper with a 9x12 spiral binding and I expected it to be the same as the picture in this listing is a 9x12 spiral bound notebook ! I was surprised when I received the 12x12 sticky pad but it actually fits my purposes perfectly and the description text says it's the right one so my own confusion! I mainly use it for practice, playing with techniques, and the size isn't a huge issue, although I prefer a spiral binding to keep everything neat and tidy when I'm…

Another great product from Strathmore

I have purchased this watercolor notebook from Hobby Lobby a number of times and have found that its size is not very popular. However, the size doesn't really bother me and I used an Xacto knife to trim it to my preferred size when needed. The paper itself is great, it warps a bit if too much water is applied, but overall washes pretty well. With this paper it's VERY easy to lighten the color when I need it, so that's a bonus if you make a mistake or want to lighten the color for the effect…

Pros
  • Watercolor Paper
Cons
  • Ugly Packaging

This is a great 12 x 12 watercolor notepad

This is a great 12 x 12 watercolor notepad to be lifted or scratched off. I know he says he will, but believe me it's not. As long as you know that, you'll be fine with this paper. I have used Strathmore paper and Arches paper for years and it has held up great but please note these are student quality and not professional grade sheets. I mainly use it for quick gift watercolors, testing new ideas before putting them on professional paper like sheets, testing different effects and at my…
