📶 Enhanced Stratux Basic Kit with Amplified Antennas Review

I was just sent a used/refurbished Raspberri Pi. Nothing more. I thought it might come in multiple packs, but I couldn't find any notes about it anywhere.

The only thing I don't like so far is that the studs can come loose if you're not careful when screwing on the antennas. Maybe some Loctite on the outer nuts. Otherwise it is assembled exactly as said and works with minimal simple setup and tweaking. This is a good buy.

Product works well as expected. It was easy to assemble. However, it was a MIRACLE as ZERO EFFORT went into the packaging. The Raspberry Pi box was pressed completely into the circuit board. I'm amazed it works. There were components in 2 thin soft cartons in a plastic courier bag. There is no protective packaging like bubble wrap.

This is a good kit that works well once assembled and set up. The build web page listed on the package sticker wasn't quite right, you had to go up one level to the main page and dig through a few pages from there to build it. Also, I had to look up how to connect (choose the Stratus SSID. For the configuration page, connect your browser to 192.168.10.1. This page allows you to edit the SSID and enable WiFi security. No instructions so you have to contact YouTube but it's no big deal. There are many YouTube builds of this product online. I assembled mine in about 15 minutes. This is a very tightly packed product, so be aware that you need to be very careful when assembling it. I had a problem with AHRS. My artificial horizon remained tilted to the left after calibration. This kit was very easy to put together. No soldering, just connect the parts together. Getting the antenna cables back into place is a little tricky, but it won't cause any major problems if you're willing to take a few minutes to get it right, rather than just being clumsy and trying to to force things. I lifted it up today for the first test. I attached it to the Super Cub's rear window with a suction cup so it would fly with the glider tow. I also have a 20Ah USB battery and a phone strapped
