Ease of use; it is intuitive to learn and simple to navigate through. The application is also very efficient for its size. I have not found anything that I dislike about this software. At this time, there are no features that I feel would be beneficial or necessary. It's very user friendly in terms of being able to navigate through it easily without needing assistance or having any training needed since its so easy for users that do not have computer skills as well! The support team is also amazing at helping me find answers if i need help with anything regarding my account. I love that it is simple for our team members who have little IT skills or knowledge of online platforms like this! It's easy enough so even non-techy employees can use without any issues at all (even if they don't know how).
