    very brave. - Car Mounts

    is great. The mounts that came with my wireless charging station were fiddly, articulated, and rocked too much. They sit very close to the windshield and are almost recoilless. They don't stick to the dashboard. They are specially designed for perfectly smooth surfaces such as glass

    Both only lasted a day

    After only a day of use, the suction cup came loose from the spring. I thought ok that's just bad luck and took advantage of the second. The same thing. The next day I found that my Nuvi had just fallen off and again it was the suction cup that had come loose from the spring :(. In short: poor quality.

    This thing failed less than 6 hours after installation.

    The product looked fine but the suction cup failed less than 6 hours after installing it in my car. It was 2 packs and both units failed in less than a day. The suction cup fell off my hand and the device fell apart. If I could give this product negative stars, I would.

    Do not buy! of car mounts

    My package arrived on time and the product looked exactly like my original Garmin GPS holder. Unfortunately, it didn't stick to the windshield for more than a minute, then the rubber suction cup came loose. I glued it back on but it just wouldn't stick to the windshield. BOTH did the same thing the same day I bought them! I'll be back!

    Don't buy, don't take more than 30 minutes.

    The last 30 minutes or less. Terrible design. The spring is simply glued to the suction cup. The original that came with my Garmin lasted five years. You obviously didn't pay attention when copying. A complete waste of money. I will pay extra money for a mount well made. Would have given minus stars if that was possible. Fortunately, Revain has an amazing policy! Five stars for this part.

    Has already started to wear out

    The plastic is too soft for continuous use. These things always fail the same way. The plastic rod that pulls the suction away from the windshield so it sticks stretches out over time and creates less suction. I typically get 9 months to a year without a repair. Why these people don't make this part out of metal so it doesn't stretch I don't understand. It is desirable to have a metal thread with an adjustment screw so that any play can be taken up by allowing the locking lever to move freely…

    To update. Don't Buy: GPS, Finder & Accessories

    The lever that activates the suction cup barely feels appropriate. The rubber cap also seems to be significantly inferior to the original. I don't expect it to last anywhere near that long. TO UPDATE. As soon as I started using it, it fell off within the first hour. Also, the ball end is a bit small, which makes the GPS swing slightly. Save your money but get a different mount.

    Very short. suitable for car holders

    They will work. The bracket is very short for large displays. If you need to mount the device at a 90 degree angle to the base, there is only a small (1/2 inch?) gap between the bottom of the device and the mounting surface. Too short for my needs. Space is not a problem. Also remember that large temperature changes and the cleanliness of surfaces affect the suction reliability. This is not a design issue, it is the environment.

    Does the guarantee last longer than 1 hour?

    I'm not satisfied with the purchase, I put the first in the car and the second in the truck, maybe the batch was unsuccessful, the 1st didn't last more than 30 minutes, the GPR was on the dashboard, the suction cup separated from the barrel. From that point of view they actually are, because the truck had the same breakdown within an hour. Looks like the spring pressure was too strong and the plastic holding the cup has splintered on both the rim of the mount. Most people seemed happy, I can't…
