This set is no joke. Steak knives are very sharp. They all seem solid and well made. The wooden mount is also very good. Help get rid of the clutter in your kitchen.

I bought another brand of knives 5 years ago. We use them all the time and they are still sharper than this new set of knives I ordered. I can't carve anything with this set. Don't waste your money on these knives.

This set is very convenient and won't take up much space on your desk. The paring knife that I use often wasn't as sharp as I would like for cutting vegetables/fruit. I haven't tried sharpening those toothless blades yet. Having scissors in the block is a lot more convenient than opening drawers and fumbling around.

Bought this set because we only had two knives that kept disappearing. The best solution. Still as sharp as the day I received them. The chef's knife is the most commonly used and has not yet had to be sharpened. I haven't had any rust as I follow the cleaning instructions to T. They are washed, dried and returned to the block immediately after use. I love this purchase!

This is the worst knife set I have ever bought! I've had it for a month now and just opened it a week ago. When I opened it up, I noticed that one of the "screws" on the handle was missing. No big deal, right? I didn't care as they looked pretty good and aesthetically didn't bother with a small screw. I ate with friends and used knives. after washing they were rusty and basically unusable! DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY! I've attached an image!

Ordered a few months ago. Nice. so good. I was afraid of rust. but (so far) found. if you keep them dry. And don't put it in the dishwasher. they keep their finish. Excellent price. Not as good as my 15 year old JA Henckels International set and I have never sharpened them. But they grow old. So this set is fine, but look at the picture I've attached. The side-by-side Easter set holds knives more upright than the old JA Henckels International set. If your kitchen cabinets are low, they make it difficult to remove the large rear set of knives.
