Nice awning Definitely requires at least 2 people to assemble but not a professional, just a little patience, an instruction video and some luck. My ONLY complaint about this awning. You have not completed the valence end. All other edges are neatly folded and well sewn. But the valence end is a cut edge. To all my sewing friends, I'm sure this will drive you crazy. I hope this fabric lasts as long as the original. The original was 11 years old and long overdue for a replacement.

The only difficulty was figuring out how to install the interchangeable awning - the instructions are good but it's easy to make a mistake if this is your first time. Make sure you have enough room to unfold the awning and be patient with the plastic rods that need to be inserted to hold the fabric on the roll - push too hard and they will break.
