Boost Athletic Performance with Top-Rated Amino Acid Supplement

I've seen great improvements in my endurance and peak performance since starting this amino acid supplement. It's a great addition to my health and sports nutrition routine. The one downside is that it can cause stomach discomfort if taken on an empty stomach. Nonetheless, I highly recommend it for anyone looking to maximize their workouts.

Pros
  • Boosts athletic performance
Cons
  • Can cause stomach discomfort on an empty stomach.

Helped my blood pressure

I was looking for a way to control my blood pressure without prescription drugs, especially after I found out I was pregnant. Everything is fine, I've been using it for 5 months. Blood pressure was over 190/100. Now consistently low at 120/70 and I only take it 3 times a week for fear my NP might get too low. My gynecologist sees no problem with me. Now I also do strength training, and when I was pregnant I did light exercise.

Pros
  • L-arginine
Cons
  • boring packet

Goes well with caffeine!

I tried it myself but found no real effect. I then tried my usual caffeine intake and WOW, it kicked my caffeine into overdrive. I definitely had to adjust the amount of coffee/caffeine pills I was taking with the recommended 3 pills 3 times a day L-arginine. This is good as I was consuming up to 1200mg of caffeine per day and had too much tolerance. I've now reduced my caffeine dose to 800mg per day and only take one dose of L-arginine twice a day.

Pros
  • Amino acids
Cons
  • Doubtful purchase for the elderly
