Decent overall quality and documentation, only 1 error

I have to say I love this kit, it has everything you need to get started with basic programming and learning how sensors can interact with an SBC or microcontroller. The only thing to watch out for. This is the included IDE cable and its connector orientation. As you can see in the picture, the cable only enters the T-Cobbler one way, and when you connect it to the Raspberry Pi with the alignment notch facing out, the GPIO pinout is rotated 180 degrees (physical pin 1 becomes physical pin 40)…

Pros
  • 35 projects contributed. This sensor set offers a record 35 designs with a variety of features for a dynamic creative experience.
Cons
  • Not bad but...

Great product: single board computer

This is a great kit if you want to work on a Raspberry Pi (I have 3 versions B and B+). All sensors are individually packed in small resealable zip-lock bags. Comes with a plastic storage box with dividers to keep things organized. A great little booklet with quick guides to connecting sensors and running C or Python programs. Programs that you download to the SDK card from their website. It is very interesting to try all the sensors. Comes with a small breadboard, a 40-pin GPIO cable and all…

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model
