Goes through cinder block wall like butter

drill bits went through my cinder block wall with ease while I was hanging wall decorations. The only issue was that the tip of the bit is larger than the rest of the bit, resulting in the holes being slightly larger than I intended. because the court rules are easy, it affects me. I'm not sure if all concrete pieces have big spikes or not, it might just be something needed for concrete.
