Description of ๐Ÿ”ง Sunsong 3401200 Black Power Steering Pressure Line Hose Assembly: Ultimate Control and Durability

Pressure Hoses exceed original equipment performance standards (SAE J2050) with a max working pressure of 1,500 psi a burst pressure rating of 8,700 psi and a tensile strength of 1,600 lb. This provides exceptional durability and long life. All tubing is manufactured from high grade steel and electroplated with a zinc coating (chromium III), delivering superior corrosion and rust resistance against elements such as high humidity, road salt, water, and grime. Each hose is precision engineered to exact fit and includes brackets, grommets, switch ports, heat shields, bushings, and protective sleeves as required for to ensure that all wearable parts are restored to original condition. Every hose is subjected to a high pressure quality assurance test before leaving the factory, ensuring trouble free installation and operation of your new hose. Hoses are made from multi-layer reinforced rubber and have a synthetic rubber coating that is highly resistant to oil, ozone, and heat. Hoses have an operating temperature range of -40 to 310 degrees Fahrenheit, exceeding original equipment requirements.

Matches the 2006 Odyssey.

Fits perfectly on my 2006 Odyssey without any modifications. Time will tell as to the quality of this part, but the original was clearly not perfect either. The 14mm crow's foot and extension is good for removing the nut on the other end of the hose under the car. You can find several videos on this on YouTube.

Pros
  • Pleasant to use
Cons
  • No instructions

So far, so good. over a month has passed

Installation was a little awkward as the brackets that attach the center line to the subframe didn't fit perfectly like the OEM. I've only had it on my van for about a month and so far it's holding up great. If this doesn't work within a short time I will definitely update my review to reflect that. The lack of new messages is good news for this review.

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Negative present

fits 2007 Odyssey EXL

It took 4 hours to install. The nut 14 is not received in the gearbox until it stops. Tried a leaking original OEM hose and found the OEM didn't quite fit either. I also see grease on the last two threads near the nut - evidence it was exposed earlier. I was planning to return this aftermarket product but changed my mind as it looks the same as the OEM product. Why 3 stars? I want to wait 3 months.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes

Suitable for Honda Odyssey 2006

Fits one to one. I've been following some helpful YouTube videos on sharing. The best advice I found was to cut off the old hose at the flange connection and use a 14mm deep well socket to remove the hose from the power steering unit. Have an oil pan ready to catch any spilled PS fluid. I also found it useful to loosely secure the new hose in two rubber bands to help line up the flange connector during reassembly, especially if you're working on ramps rather than a garage lift.

Pros
  • Everything great!
Cons
  • unreliable

This nut WILL NOT FIT HONDA as described.

Purchased on June 22 this year. Because I had to wait for other tools to remove the previous one, this took weeks (I can only fix this over the weekend). I removed the old one last weekend but tried to install a new steering pressure hose purchased from this seller. It took several hours and failed because the end nut does NOT fit. Compared to the old one, its saddle is shorter and slightly wider. Bought another new hose elsewhere, deserved it. I tried to return it but the return window closed.

Pros
  • Brings joy
Cons
  • Functionality

No leaks yet but the Revain delivery has been awful.

First gets Revain F for shipping. It was placed in a large box with a 30-pound box of cat litter banged on it a hundred times. The nut got stuck on the hose bend and I had to knock it out with a screwdriver. I almost returned it because I didn't want to go through the install and find a leak. but I inspected it very well and had to replace my leaking one. The hose worked great on my 2005 Honda Odyssey. I can't get the clamp on the passenger side. The curves seemed slightly different from theโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • boring packaging

Goes well with my Odyssey 07

This hose/pipe fits the old one perfectly and appears to be well made. It was a bit fiddly to replace but I put it in and it doesn't drip. I had to get two mounting clips down the underside of the van, but I was able to get everything else down from the top. I removed the battery and air hose to gain access to the swivel nut that connects to the steering box. The old nut was pretty tight, but I used an adjustable 14mm wrench and tie rod to loosen it. Getting a new connecting nut in the steering

Pros
  • Very impressive
