SunSun HW-704B 525 GPH 5-Stage External Canister Filter with 9W UV Sterilizer: Superior Sun Filtration Solution Review

It's been about a week since I've had this filter (Sunsun HW-704B) in perfect condition. It was a pretty easy install for me, but the thickness of the tubing is a bit excessive.

In the first few days of using the SunSun 704B, my turtle tank cleared up in 2-3 days. I used the UV light twice (12 hours at a time) and unfortunately the UV light stopped working after about 2 weeks. It no longer lights up in the preview window. I've tried reinstalling the UV lamp and housing but to no avail. For the money, the filter isn't amazing, but it's not terrible either. Suitable for mechanical filtration. Hopefully Revain can step in and fix my UV issue.

I like the filter very much. I have 525? Gallons per hour, I think it's a bit high so keep that in mind. holds a lot of media, seems well built.
