A Must-Have Tool for HVAC Professionals

As an industrial and scientific professional, I would highly recommend this filter puller for HVAC equipment. My analysis of this product showed that it is a convenient and efficient tool for removing filters in tight spaces. The durable and lightweight design makes it easy to carry around on job sites.

Pros
  • The Supco FP18 Filter Puller makes filter changes quick and easy, allowing HVAC professionals to work more efficiently.
Cons
  • The only downside is that it may not work for some larger or uniquely-shaped filters. However, this is a minor issue and does not detract from the overall usefulness of the tool.

Great device for extracting furnace filters.

Excellent tool for extracting oven filters. Could use some tweaking to make it even better, like having a sharp hook on the end instead of a blunt one. The best way so far, however, is to get hold of hard-to-reach furnace filters that slide deep into the pod.

Pros
  • Tools and household goods
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

For those interested in length.

For those wondering how long this filter puller is when fully extended, it measures approximately 31.5 inches from tip to tip and 27 inches from handle tip to curved tip. I just got it in the mail and haven't used it yet, but I gave it the first 5 stars for the price and the reliability it seems to have. It seems fairly rigid and has a small (maybe 2lbs? maybe 5lbs?) magnet on the end of the hook that can certainly come in handy. If it breaks really easily I will edit my review to reflect that.

Pros
  • HVAC Controls
Cons
  • Expensive
