This toy is disappointing. The only way to put the millet in the holder is to remove all the shredded paper that was already in there, but once you do that and put the millet in, there's no room left to put the paper back in.

For what I paid 6.95 I expected a lot more than I got. It's cheap bamboo stuffed with paper. I was led to believe I was told this is a millet spray holder with extra wild because cockatiels are foragers. I think I need to read the details more carefully. I hope it's safe for my kids.

I like the concept of this product. This definitely gets my birds' attention, the only downside I see is that the coil tends to fall apart where it's attached to the metal bracket. It's not really a fault with the product, but it's not strong enough for my tough little playful parrots.

My cute, silly bird is scared of everything and rarely touches new toys, but he immediately liked this one. I think he liked the color, and it helped that it only took him a few shy movements to realize he could pull out the whole paper (and chew every bit into oblivion). It doesn't have room for paper and millet at the same time, but once it gets all the paper out I will definitely reuse the spiral and put millet in it.
