Driven an old Chevy with rotted heat shields. They work great and the price is right. You get all this for the purchase price of only 1 piece in the shop.

I bought it, I thought it would be like ordinary candle boots. Little did I know they were much shorter than other spark plug leads. The hole for the wire is very narrow. Doesn't make it easy to pass standard aftermarket connector cables through. The stitching is loose, but hey, they say you'll get some. You pay. These screens will not fit standard 8mm cables with 45 degree jacket. They will work on cutting the wires to fit the installation site before putting on the boots. There is a metal ring on top of the screens to cover the wires, preventing them from being fed through bent boots as is common with collectors. I've ripped screens and tried to crawl through boots of expensive wires, nothing. The description is misleading.

Installing on 90's or 45's boots is painful but doable, but the seams on the bottom tear so easily. Once torn, it's almost impossible to keep both layers in place, so you either only have one layer or it bunches up and your boot can't go through, or both. On our home track we have to use stock 350 exhaust headers, so temperatures get hotter and exposed wires burn, sparks run out and performance drops exponentially. Decent product in terms of thermal insulation (my aftermarket turbine presses the connector wires against the head causing thermal and mechanical damage to the wires). BUT the seams come loose very easily when putting on the connectors (I only get pre-terminated wires, not homemade ones).
