I have been looking for the right fit for my cast iron and hardwood bar stools for 3 years now. All protectors that just stick fall off immediately and of course I can't score anything there. Buy more for other 2 chairs!

Only arrived today but so far I LOVE them! My chair legs are not tilted straight down. Because of this, most felt gliders don't work or hold up well due to the angle of the legs. They match the legs of my chair perfectly, and since the cushion is cupped, they work even at an angle. I'm curious how long they really last!

Reading about this product didn't make clear how hard the rubber is. I would consider this to be essentially static and have ZERO stretch. This makes it almost impossible to install on anything that doesn't fit the specified size. If it only had 1/8 inch to fit a few feet that would be perfect. Unfortunately it cannot be extended.

It's great! My kitchen chairs felt like they were on the undersides of legs that had either fallen off or worn out. I feel so much better with these felt cushions on chairs. The chairs move almost silently on the parquet floor and there are definitely fewer scratches on them. It takes a bit of pressure to put them on - I pulled them out a little before trying to put them on, this seemed to make them a bit more flexible, like pulling on a balloon before inflating it.

Finally a furniture glider that sticks to the chair legs in my dining room. The legs of my chairs touch the floor at an odd angle. I tried using felt pads with an adhesive backing. They worked for several days, and the more the chair was used, the faster the cushions would warp in one direction or the other, leaving sticky streaks of slime on the floor that were very difficult to clean. The shape of these protectors stays on my dining chair legs. I had to put a drop of glue on the mug to help with adhesion. My wooden floors are quite, maybe very rough. Ordinary flat pads came off immediately. They eventually came loose too so I put a drop of Elmer's Glue in the center of the cup and now it stays in place. easily slip out, the floor is still protected!
