They passed a pretty tough test

Better than the socks I bought in Cabelas much more expensive. I love hiking the Appalachian Trail but I have foot problems. I'm afraid my trail name might end up as Tenderfoot after last year's trip when I had to get off 20 miles. This year I changed a few things, including socks. I can't give them credit for that, but they seem to have helped me get through 40 miles without symptoms like last year. . I need socks that last 3-4 days of hiking before wearing out.

Good socks!: Suspenders, splints and bandages

For me the perfect everyday compression for calves and ankles in the cool season. quality socks! They are soft and warm. The only thing I might not be able to say too well is that some people might like more compression in the foot area than they can provide. The size is just such a wide range. I wear the women's 8's and they just didn't have the tight feeling of compression in the foot area that the rest of the sock did. As for me, I like that I can spread my toes easily in it and have no…

Very Comfortable Compression Stockings

"100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE"LOVE YOU OR YOU ARE FREE"." Well, unfortunately they won't be free. I don't have DVT but my feet are swollen and these may be the most comfortable socks I've ever had, compression or not. That's saying a lot considering I have several pairs of merino wool wigwam socks that have long been my favorites but are not compression socks. I don't think Wanderlust swells my feet as well as some of the other compression socks that have a higher percentage of compression, but…

These are synthetic socks with added wool

Okay, I'm buying a star because they wear out too quickly to justify the price. I am adding another star because they have almost no wool as they are advertised as merino socks. My husband has bought a few pairs for work and hiking over the past year - he likes the compression but they don't last long. The heel and toe wear out constantly in a few months, unlike the rest of the socks, which are usually at least a year old. I bought a pair and was disappointed that they are only 8% merino and…

I hate putting these under 5 starts but I have to

I love these socks. These are without a doubt the most comfortable and best fitting wool compression socks I have ever worn. However, they are not the heaviest. Scuffs on the heels in the photo only after 3 months of wearing. I wear them at work, alternating with a few other pairs of wool socks. I wear sturdy, steel-toed work boots and spend most of the day on my feet, walking on hard, uneven, and unstable surfaces. I think if you were just walking around they would be fine, but for my needs I…

Super nice. - Medical supplies and equipment

There were several reviews that mentioned the durability of socks. I've only had the socks for about two weeks, but they are holding up very well. I have four pairs so I rotate them and wear no more than one pair a day. They are very different from other elastic materials. Socks in that they contain a wool blend. I found the sock didn't pinch my toes or cause discomfort during the day. I don't wear socks to sleep. However, this disappears within a few minutes after removing the socks. Due to…

Keeps your legs strong and strong all day

Wanderlust, ThrillTrek Graduated Merino Wool Compression Socks, Large I get calf strains sometimes and that can be a problem. I'm trying these Wanderlust Compression Socks to help with that. I opened the zip bag they were packaged in and pulled out a very soft pair of socks. This is a wool blend pair and I was very impressed with their luxurious softness. When I reached out to put one on my foot, I could be the added resistance of the compression sock. They're also a bit thick, but not so thick
