Easy installation. I'm tired of the window falling on my head. Installs in 5 minutes and works like a new window. Very happy with my purchase.

They ran out very quickly. No tools are required for straight nails. Otherwise, all you need is something like a coin or a flathead screwdriver to pry the securing clip open.

It would be better if they had installation instructions. I took apart more than necessary and only learned by getting it wrong the first time. But they work fine.

These things are too strong! After the installation (which was very easy) I needed everything to close the window. I am afraid that the weight on it will break the window when trying to close it. My son, a 105 pound teenager, was hanging from the window and it was just beginning to slowly lower. He didn't have the weight to squeeze the last two inches. I hope use will break the struts and help them soften.
