Simple and affordable solution

I got this in a few days and learned how to install it by watching a woman on youtube. The dealer or mechanic would charge me about $100 for all of this. I made it myself in 10 minutes for less than $30.

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Some problems

Works on a 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan

It took 5 minutes to remove the old one and install the new one on my 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan. This is an exact match. The Dodges website says their new part number replaces these, so they're accurate, just cheaper.

Pros
  • practical item
Cons
  • not fancy

Garbage, Cannot Contact Vepagoo

Stander frozen open. Cannot shrink, stretch or rotate. The instructions on the packaging say you should call them before sending the product back, but there is no way to contact them. We'll send them back for a refund. waste of time.

Pros
  • Absolutely Amazing!
Cons
  • Everything OK

It's bloody cold outside and they work great far away.

First of all they are easy to install, just slide them over the ball stud. I would recommend a second person to hold the lift gate, especially if you are working in cold weather. Trust me your head is no crutch, even with a simple install it takes longer to remove old ones than to install new ones. For my power liftgate application they keep it high enough for the gate to know it's open and not offer too much resistance for it to close easily. The factory ones lasted 8 years and I doubt I'll…

Pros
  • Build Confidence
Cons
  • Long Lead Time

Either the product is poorly made or the quality control is poor. A rack unscrewed and installed. When the tailgate was open, a metal-on-metal noise could be heard from the cylinder, as well as air and hydraulic oil flowing around the internal outlets. I've never opened up or installed a second rack, I just needed a poorly made piece to know what to do with the kit. For now I'm putting my old kit back on until I get a kit that is at least better than what I'm taking off.

Pros
  • Nice design
Cons
  • Basically ok, but...
