These shock extensions are very well made and work much better than the ones I've tried to make myself. All the extra swag they send in the package is a nice little perk. (key fob, sticker). Overall a great product at a good price

They do what they have to do, wonderfully. Slightly wide at the shock absorber mounting point. I used a thick washer to take the space. Although it really isn't necessary. The bolt compresses it if you want. Certainly not a deal breaker. I want to hire them years ago or something. I ruined my factory shocks by raising the T-bars without using them. First owner 2001, 2500hd, regular cab, 6.0 petrol

These are essential if you want to lift the truck. I didn't notice, but as soon as I removed the bolt from the stock shock, the control arm and tire dropped an inch. The stick fell off because the strut was holding it. This tells me that without these mounts, your truck's suspension is struggling with the struts, likely resulting in a stiffer ride. They raised the struts perfectly, and now the limiter on the wishbone is the limiting factor on how far the suspension can go.
