Lightweight and easy to use

Item arrived quickly and was properly packaged. This Susan Bates Crochet 10" Luxite Double Sided Hook 16mm is unique as it is lightweight and large for quickly crocheting a blanket, large project or Tunisian crochet. This addition to my collection completes my kit.

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model

Works perfectly!

Woo Hoo! Another catch for dummies like me who can't keep one end straight from the other. However, it is heavier and stronger than most of my other hooks. This allows me to hang my keys on one end to keep the baby occupied while I crochet the other end. I'm starting to get into holiday mode though, so I think I'll take a chance using it to make some kind of Christmas present. I wonder who wants to be my guinea pig this year?

Pros
  • Easy to Use
Cons

I have a bulky sweater that requires a 15.75mm hook which I couldn't find. But I'm looking forward to trying this hook use. Made in Mexico. So far I've noticed that Luxite hooks are made in India, China or Mexico. Hooks from India are my favorite hooks. Mexico comes second for this crochet and I avoid crochet from China. I will keep…

  • Absolutely amazing!

  • Not bad, but...
