Sturdy, easy to use

These needles are great for crocheting. They are thick and strong, don't bend at all. Very easy to use. Just the right strength to go through the stitches without making noticeable holes. The needles aren't sharp enough to prick me, which suits us frivolous, clumsy people. I love it very much!

Pros
  • Ideal for a small home
Cons
  • A dubious purchase for the elderly

Exactly what I needed.

I can lose a needle in a second; so i need a lot around. This is an addition to my stash which I recently lost a few needles from. For those who need to use yarn to sew knitted or crocheted pieces together, they are true to size, durable and well made. I can definitely recommend Susan Bates products.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Thin

Great for sewing with thread

These needles are great! After breaking two of my plastics, I needed a replacement. I use them all the time to sew knitwear together and since they are steel I don't have to worry about them breaking. The only problem with them I was able to do with the plastics is that after sewing the details I like to hide the tail in the work and the plastic's plunger allowed me to slide the tail in. When I got the steel I found I couldn't do it because the end is pointed instead of smooth/round. So I left…

Pros
  • Decent performance
