As a musician who plays a lot I use these to attach to the music rest to hold my drink, works great and I haven't had a single drip since installing.

This cup holder is the best! I bought it for my scooter and it's perfect. Tools are not required. It couldn't be stronger. It easily holds soda cans and bottled water. The handles are very strong and not very flexible, so only some travel coffee mugs are suitable. Since none of my old travel mugs fit in, I just took the to-go clip to the store. My bike didn't have solder to attach a standard bottle cage so it's great that it can be attached to the handlebars. The clamp/release mechanism is a little clunky so I put it on top of the handlebars where it stayed because I didn't feel it was worth the effort to move it. It fits nicely in my Apex water bottle. Bought for my ROLLATOR and it works great. I use large water bottles with a sport cap and it fits snugly without trying to keep it upright or trying to take it off. NO PROBLEM! Since it comes with a piece of black plastic that you can use to keep it from moving, this is the perfect container for me. I am very upset about this! I tried to install it and it immediately scratched my bike's paintwork! My whole ride hasn't left a single scratch, but this thing has. When you screw it in, the screw is exposed and plunges right into the object you want to attach it to. What a crappy design! There were no instructions or warnings. Although I haven't used it yet, it seems to be the best and most solid construction I've found. I installed it on one of the tubes in my road dune buggy's cage, where any paper or plastic coffee cup or more or less normal beverage container would be hit by 65 mph winds. I'm leaving in a few days to drive from California to North Carolina and back.
