Wrong part for Swingline 74030

I am still looking for part number A7074865E which is a replacement for the 74030 Swingline punch. Revain directs me to this part A7074870E which will NOT work with the Swingline Desk 74030 Top Punch.

The problem with Swingline is not a product

I have ordered four replacement Swingline Hole Punches for LightTouch Desktop Hole Punches, Hole Size 9/32", 1 Hole Punch, Silver (A7074870E). They were too short to punch a hole in the paper. So I'm returning all four. The Swingline rep said they would only give me one hit. It makes no sense. Why should I only return one? I believe this is a mistake in the admissions department. A very dissatisfied customer.
