Great way simplify ticket management across multiple companies

I like that it is easy for me as an administrator of our service provider's account with Sympoq because all tickets are accessible in one place so there isn't any need anymore to go back into each individual client site or email them individually about their issues - they can just log onto symposquare where we have everything posted together! It would be nice if you could filter by priority level but other than this minor issue its great!! They also offer free accounts which allows us access…

  • Easy way from managing customer information, complaints along side ticket statuses across multiple servers easily visible at once using single portal..Very intuitive platform especially used alongside web interface provided directly inside browser window instead off full page popups / separate pages altogether..Can update server info very quickly compared before now no longer requiring lengthy admin login process every few weeks only needing simple click here link sent straight away upon user creation allowing quick entry of basic contact details required

Convenient ticketing and customer support

The best part is that we can send our tickets directly in email without going through any third party website which makes it easy for us as well as their team! It's free version has limited features but I guess you get what u pay for because there are no more options after paying subscription charges so please try out this if your looking for an all rounder solution with multiple benefits like live chat option etc. We have started using sympoq platform since last 3 years now its been great…
