The perfect upgrade! in chassis

Installs in 20 minutes. Ideal solution when tie rod bolt holes are worn and have play. This should be an automatic installation solution when installing an updated trackbar.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Secret

Peace of mind on the chassis

Just installed. Find out if you need a Synergy track or something similar. Aside from being uncomfortable to insert, it seems to help her stay very stiff. Very well set up and the instructions were very easy to follow. Overall I feel better on 37 wheels with my 2016 JKU Rubi and haven't had any major glitches on the track.

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • silent

Easy install and the best way to beef up a flimsy factory tie rod bracket

I never realized how flimsy the factory upper tie rod bracket was until it buckled after doing the 1 ton steering and that Steering system installed had large diameter controls. . With no welding, a new bracket is the best IME option. Installation took less than 30 minutes and really holds the rail in place securely. Also eliminates egg holes.

Pros
  • Great construction
Cons
  • I'll write back

Quality upgrade for my JKU - Healed Death Swing

Upper tie rod mounting holes lengthened due to poor tie rod upgrade installation (mine bad) resulting in a severe death swing. I've tried tightening the bolts and welding a washer to the back of the factory frame mounts to no avail. Installed this bastard and everything worked. The construction is really rock solid and the dying wobble is gone. Worth every penny.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Fits

END DEATH WOBBLE for Parts

2011 Jeep Wrangler, 85,000 miles develops "Death Wobble". Spent $1,000 rebuilding the front end, tie rods, tie rod, etc. This is a technical issue. This frame extension is like a "spring board", a flex point that allows the axle to move sideways. At speeds in excess of 65 mph, it hits a bridge crossing, a pothole, each impact causing a "deadly wobble". Once that was established, only changes were made. Hits are hits again. I hit bumps at over 70 mph that could cause a server death swing. Living

Pros
  • Previously Satisfied
Cons
  • Modern

Benefits: Very heavy 1/4" thick plate Powder coating is thick and durable Oversized tie rod bolt holes for Use with drilled holes in frame and oversized tie rod bolts. This item is so good, Jeep should put it on all of their Jeeps from the factory! Best suited are Oversized Monster (TeraFlex) or Yeti trackbars with oversized 9/16" trackbar bushings. Cons: If you plan to use it on 2012 or later models with a factory trackbar, you will need a 14mm trackbar -Use factory size bolt. Provided it is…
