I really liked the look of this wok spatula. Used it on my wok stove for about 6 months. One day I noticed that the angle of the bucket seemed wrong. This is an angle scoop. That is hard. It's well built. I've never seen a handle shut down. But time will tell. This is small compared to what you will find in a restaurant. But if you don't have this tool, you will find it very difficult to empty the wok. It has an edge that runs down the sides so you can carefully scoop lots of rice out of the wok.
