Difficulty changing modbus address and baud rate without documented support

I bought a modbus version of this dB meter. By default, the device is set to baud rate 4800 bps and address 1. Tried to get instructions from manufacturer to change baud rate and modbus address but no response. Taidacent is not serious about doing business in the US. I will never buy anything from Taidacent again.
