Talkative - Great product for customer service

The ability to integrate with our website is fantastic. The support is also fantastic. We are able to track all conversations and see what our customers are saying. There is nothing I dislike about this product. I would highly recommend Talkative to any company that wants to be able to track their customers and make sure they are happy with their service.   • so simple yet powerful!!! Super helpful customer care reps too (we worked them really hard :P).

I like that it allows you to have multiple conversations at once (which is great for our business!). It's easy enough for anyone in the call center to use! The ability to share screens is also helpful when we need to show customers something or give them information about an item they are interested in purchasing.
