I'm going to give an unpopular opinion here, but these bags are NOT durable at all. I have to double them. I'm sure they work for leaves and soft stuff, but if you use them like real garbage bags, they're terrible. I will not buy them back.

I still have some Kirkland drum liners and their 1.4 mil thick box. These new bags that just arrived are a far cry from 1.4 millimeters thick. I haven't measured them, but if you hold them up to the light you can see through them. I rarely leave negative feedback, but I don't want someone like me to be scammed.

Very durable garbage bags. I can pack many things in bags without fear of breaking them. Bought several bags before finding the right one, namely these heavy duty bags. I'm glad I bought it and will continue to buy it if the need arises. The price is quite reasonable and the bags are definitely worth it. Will no doubt spread the good news. I highly recommend them. I specifically bought 50 gallon bags to fit my new Brute bin. Everything was fine at first when I opened the package and started using the pouches. However, the packs from the same packaging have become smaller. Smaller bags were not advertised or purchased. My last garbage bag was bought for 30 gallon bags but they didn't fit my 30 gallon canisters and not even my 25 gallon metal canisters. I walked more this time and it paid off. I could toss two full bags of these smaller ones into one of them and still have room to tie a knot at the top. I try not to throw the bags away and when I arrive at the transfer point (there is no pickup here in the rural outback) I throw away the contents and reuse the bag if it's in good condition. I usually buy 3mil Contractor bags at one of the big stores but thought you know we'd give these a try. They are much thinner, lie flat in the box NOT curled so I have to leave them in the box. I wanted to save some money so decided to try these 1.5mm bags after running out of the 3mm build bags. These bags are 55 gallons. gigantic. I filled one with bush clippings and grass clippings, as well as ash that had accumulated along my curb from trimming. Holds up well. Be careful not to be fooled by the photos though as I assumed they had built in locking flaps like my other build bags.
