Absolute rubbish for spares

Machining is terrible 2 lines won't stop leaking. The assembly is also backwards. I checked 3 times to make sure it fits my truck and the model year is correct. I chose 1 star because it made me do it

Pros
  • Includes 1 x A-Team Performance Brake Proportional Valve
Cons
  • Upgrades

Bad product, good for the braking system

The bracket that attaches to the master cylinder was on the back, Brake lines not installed correctly. I had to fix it with loops, that was the first problem. The second issue was that when I pressed the brake pedal, brake fluid squirted off the end of the block where it shouldn't be. Don't waste your time and money with this business.

Pros
  • A-Team Performance Brake Proportional Valve Replace part number 172-2069/15606198
Cons
  • I don't remember

The seals have been broken on two different ones within 1000 miles.

There were two different ones, from two different sellers. Both had the same crappy threads on the top back threads. Both blew out seals within 1,000 miles and spilled brake fluid from the brake light switch. There shouldn't be any liquid in there, and when you press the pedal, it flies out. Don't buy this crap. Getting one from the junkyard is your only bet for OEM. If not, you'll want to replace it and new lines with a Jeggs combo valve or something.

Pros
  • In the vehicle braking system, the A-Team metering valve 172-2069/15606198 effectively controls how much and when brake pressure is applied to each axle of the braking system.
Cons
  • I vaguely remember
