Victor Technologies 0384-2540 Medalist 250 System: Medium Duty Cutting System for Acetylene Gas Service with G250-15-510 Fuel Gas Regulator Review

Description not very good. It has a different grip than most Victor sets and I can't find any other advice on how to switch to a grip.

Love it. Just started gas welding and it's a solid shop that has everything you need except tanks and a cart but better to buy here than on the island. Value for money is worth the price.

My husband needed a replacement shop and he settled on this one. This is for light to medium loads. He reports that everything is working as it should. I always update my reviews when new information seems useful.

I need to replace an old setup with these guys. I like the feel of the flare. The extra pen size fits my hand well. The cutter was powered on a railroad track and cut like butter.

Decent quality for home or hobby use but don't buy this model if you use it frequently or opt for more expensive heavy duty units for work. At the time I only had these service truck flares and had to poke a needle out to turn them off and the flares were hot to the touch and it took a while for the metal to heat up. It's not the products that blame me for using them for heavy duty when they're moderate. otherwise they work exactly as they should

Needed a good quality welder's suit. So I spent money to install Victor. Already not as impressed with the brand as I was a few years ago.
