Not worth it - do it yourself and save

This plastic lock is not worth the money. It can deter the occasional theft, but anyone with more than a few minutes can pull it out in one swipe. If you manage to put it on and take it off without damaging the plastic clips. I decided to make my own using a 12" galvanized (outdoor/all weather) chain and 2 all weather locks. The total investment is $9. If you want that, you'll have to cut my cord—nothing's safe, but it's better than a $30 plastic box (and you still need a lock).

This "might" work if you have handles that fold down. I don't know as all my cables have molded pull handles. But that's not the worst thing about this box. It is made of "hard" plastic. A type of plastic that breaks "very easily" if someone simply steps on it or hits it with an accessible rock lying on the…
