Just a small problem

When I bought this device, I had a plan in mind for how I would use this device. When I got the antenna I found that the cable that came with it was only 4 feet long, but it doesn't really tell you how long it is. I assumed it was at least 6 feet so it doesn't reach where I wanted to place it. But overall it works great, that's why I give it 5 stars.

Pros
  • Large selection
Cons
  • There are flaws

Works as expected, good for networking products

I've read a lot of bad reviews about adding cable extensions to antennas so I expected the worst. But the good thing is that in my case the length of the cable is enough to try to find the best position and position of the antennas. I was able to go from 90Mbps to 180Mbps with this remote antenna mount. The only downside I can find is that the antennas are not removable. If the antennas were detachable, this would be a 5 star product for me.

Works great for network antennas

Boosted the Wi-Fi signal from my router, the signal was blocked by the back of my tower's steel hull. Very happy with the unit which I bought as a second for my other bedroom computer.

Pros
  • Comfortable
Cons
  • Expensive insurance

Works as stated. good for networking products

After installing this antenna my speed improved a lot and I ordered another one for my other computer. It is important to download the Intel Driver Update Tool and driver for good performance, it works.

Pros
  • Brilliantly done
Cons
  • Some little things

Improved my Wi-Fi signal

This antenna plugged easily into my PCI Express Wifi card and really improved my signal by about 5dBm (only after moving the antenna as far from the PC as it the cable allowed). I was hoping for more, but every improvement helps my throughput, which is good. The cable between the Wi-Fi card and the antennas is only about a meter long. I would have preferred a longer one as I was trying to move the antenna away from the RF noise the PC generates. Overall I would buy this product again.

Pros
  • Accessibility
Cons
  • Slightly torn

Works as advertised

I lost my original workstation antenna and wanted one that could be placed remotely from my computer. What I really like about this antenna is that the stand has a decent weight which allows it to stand on a flat surface without any glue. I get decent reception on both 2.4GHz and 5.8GHz when my WiFi router is on a different tier in my house. The antenna arms rotate easily, but remain in the correct position even with light impacts.

Pros
  • Not only useful for its intended purpose
Cons
  • Hard to remember, but it was

mass improvement.

My computer with a standard WiFi card and small antennas had problems with WiFi. It didn't connect to my WiFi's 5GHz band. If I forced it, there would be intermittent loss of connection. My phone and laptop connected seamlessly from the same room, so I knew the problem was with the antenna or the computer itself. I bought the thing, unscrewed the built-in antennas, screwed them in, and started testing the speeds. It instantly connected to the 5GHz band and achieved stable download speeds of…
