Perfect fit for 2011 Dodge Ram 1500

Perfect fit for 2011 Dodge Ram 1500. I was even told that the pre-wired connector is hidden under the dash next to the emergency brake pedal.

  • Perfect fit for small house
Cons

Ideal! in Brake Controls

Perfect fit for my 2019 Ram Classic Warlock!. Plugs directly into the connector under the dash next to the gas pedal. If you look under the dash you will see that the connector is sealed with gray foam tape. The plug fits right in.

Pros
  • Pretty package
Cons
  • Cable is shorter than other picks

Plug and play.: External accessories

I have a 2012 Ram 1500 Tradesman with 4.7. My truck didn't have a built-in Dodge brake controller or computer display. I bought a Tekonsha Primus IQ controller and this harness. I connected the wiring harness to the gray connector under the dash and plugged it into my controller. It works and was easy enough.

Pros
  • This is awesome
Cons
  • Having problems

Find the Right Wiring Harness for Your Vehicle

Allows you to install a Tekonsha P-3 Brake Controller in a car that doesn't have one or to replace a faulty factory installed controller. In some cases you will have two harnesses and this will only replace one of them. This will work fine, but your car might think there is a problem because it can't see the factory controls, giving you an error on the dashboard to check the brake controls.

  • Pleasant

So that my trailer brakes work properly.

This wired adapter will not fit the 2006 Ram 3500 Diesel pickup. I am fitting the 90195-P3 controller but not the truck harness, it needs a horizontal 4 wire connector not a square one. I believe it will be Tekonsha's 3020-P Brake Control Wiring Adapter. Unfortunately I bought a 3021-P which I'm stuck with, but I will be buying a 3020-P so the trailer brakes work properly.

Installed without thanks to my "buddy "

So my "buddy" just helped out with the brake work from hell. I said I need to install a brake controller next. He said "No way, no money, I'll help with the wiring." Well I put the mount on and connected the adapter to the back and then to the already existing wiring harness under the dash. I called my buddy 5 minutes after I got home and said everything was ready. It couldn't be easier.

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Out of fashion

Works on 2019 Dodge 4x4 Crew Cab 3.6L 1500 Classic Warlock.

Revane said this would NOT fit my 2019 Dodge 4x4 Crew Cab Pickup Truck 3.6L 1500 Classic Warlock. But there weren't any other options at Revain so I tried this one and it works great. The most important thing to note is that the truck has a 4-blade FEMALE connector (hidden under the dash above the throttle) and this wired adapter has a 4-blade MALE connector. There are also female harnesses, so you have to look carefully.

Pros
  • Decent Performance
Cons
  • Clarity

2010 Dodge Ram Laramie worked well

I have a 2010 Ram 1500 Laramie 4x4 with a factory hitch. This wire snapped right into the existing gray end under the dash. I didn't have to remove the pad, it's to the left of the brake pedal. Easy to find. I connected the other end to my Tekonsha Prodigy (first generation) brake controller #90185. Removed one screw on underside of dash, used bracket from brake control unit and screwed into place. Convenient position but no drilling or extra screws. The only thing I could easily figure out was
