Beveled inner rim of the socket opening helps guide it smoothly onto fasteners. Sockets come organized in a sturdy case that features strong latches and clear, molded markings for each tool.

Loose sockets and extension leads... good and bad

All in all a great price. The sockets and ratchets appear to be quite durable, but only time will tell. On the downside, the ratchet seems a bit cheap, but again, time will tell how they hold up. KEY THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW: There are several degrees of swivel when attaching sockets and/or extension cords. I'm not sure what the design of this set is but I really like it; For me this is a plus, but for someone it can be a minus. When I squeeze the ratchet it's not even noticeable, but if I need…

Good Socket Set: Hand Tool

This set covers all sizes that fit the AI/4" drive kit and includes "flat" and "deep" sockets! Hinge." A good set of sockets for power tools and hand tools

This kit covers all sizes that are practical for an AI/4" drive kit and includes both "shallow" and "deep" bushings! It also has two extensions and a " gimbal". The only thing about this kit that I bought for work, I bought a ratchet without a quick release to replace the ratchet with a quick release that came with the kit (often needed, most of my work involves large brackets), but I have several other TEKTON tools and kits and am impressed with their quality and durability so I expect they…

100% MUST HAVE good for sockets and socket sets

As a professional aircraft mechanic, I need tools I can rely on. They're just as good as any snap-on, craftman, maco, etc tool you can get for a fraction of the cost. The box it is kept in is durable and can withstand rough handling. It has a place for every part of it, which is great when I have to be accountable for every tool I have when I'm done. Similar to hand tool quality

Received my set yesterday and was pleasantly surprised. Everything looks high quality, right down to the case. It is an American company that operates in several countries. This set is from Taiwan which is usually a death knell for the quality of the instrument. I checked several Tekton reviews on YouTube and they really seem to be a quality driven company.
