I keep getting more Tekton products. I love this C clamp, I use it for welding and for my drill press. It works well and looks sturdy, should hold up well. Any vise I normally use with OG Irwin products but heck let's try this. It's not Irwin, but for half the price it certainly does the job and I can finally afford a few. Looks good (from afar) but the adjustment screw is very difficult to turn making this tool a real pleasure to work with trouble. The problem is that the geometry of the shank where the tip of the screw rests is rough and irregular in shape. I'm used to real McCoys (vise grip) which are easy to adjust and not nearly as good.
