GOOD ARTICLES AT A GREAT PRICE.

I buy them in packs for welding on clips and for attaching flexible stuff to hard stuff. I have probably 30 of these here and there. A more useful flexible pad option is for thinner materials and uneven spacing. Typically, my welding cart is outfitted with two welders and gas cylinders with 15 or more 6" Tekton clips and as many for 4" C-clips hanging in rows of about 1" long square steel holsters welded together. I keep getting more Tekton products. I love this C clamp, I use it for welding and for my drill press. It works well and looks sturdy, should hold up well. Any vise I normally use with OG Irwin products but heck let's try this. It's not Irwin, but for half the price it certainly does the job and I can finally afford a few. That makes me happy. >> Update1 A year and a few hundred uses later, the clamp works like new. No backlash or rust deformation was formed. If I could make one…

Looks good (from afar) but the adjustment screw is very difficult to turn making this tool a real pleasure to work with trouble. The problem is that the geometry of the shank where the tip of the screw rests is rough and irregular in shape. I'm used to real McCoys (vise grip) which are easy to adjust and not nearly as good. Long story short, I sharpened the tip of the adjustment screw to make it more spherical in the end. , lubricated as hell, and now it's at least acceptable. Shouldn't have…
